- each unit's entrance is equipped with a view port, deadbolt, and secondary locks on guest accommodation doors
- guest room doors and/or main hallway doors have built in springs that will close automatically upon entrance and exiting
- interior hallway corridor access to accommodations/apartments
- secure parking available at most locations
- video cameras used for surveillance of entrances/exits doors to the complex (minimum requirements) at most locations;
additionally, personal fobs are given to tenants for access to the exterior doors at most properties
