- A: YES.

- Q: Are there transit services close to the apartment complex?
- A: YES.
The majority of BOQ Lodging locations are within minutes walk to mass transit.
In the Washington, DC / National Capital region, this means that most properties are within five minute walking distance to a Metro station.
- Q: Is there a minimum stay requirement for BOQ Lodging?
- A: NO.
Our services are generally best suited for those whose stay will be one week or longer.
However, on a space available basis, we try to accommodate all client requests.
- Q: Will I be required to sign a lease?
- A: NO.
A lease is not required unless it is a specific request outside of our normal service offering.
- Q: Is a security deposit required?
- A: YES.
Only for vacation rentals.
A security deposit for corporate and government clients is not required.
- Q: When can I check-in and check-out?
- A: Check-In is after 4:00 pm.
Check-Out is before 10:00 am.
- Q: Are housekeeping services available?
- A: YES.
Our furnished apartment have an option for housekeeping services at an additional charge from our regular rate.
- Q: Are exercise facilities and swimming pools available at the apartment complex?
- A: YES.
You can enjoy the complete use of all building amenities including swimming pools and exercise facilities, where available.
Some locations also offer saunas, yoga rooms, and indoor pools.

- Q: Are there restaurants and shopping centers close by?
- A: YES.
A wide variety of restaurants and stores are within an easy walk or a short drive from each of our apartment locations.
- Q: Can I bring my pet?
- A: YES.
We offer pet-friendly furnished apartments in many locations.
An additional fee will apply.
- Q: What about parking my car?
- A: Each community offered by BOQ Lodging provides ample, dedicated on-site parking.
Some locations offer garage or underground parking.
Most parking is unreserved, although at some communities you may reserve a particular space for an additional charge.
