Apartment Amenities:


Each unit is completely furnished, including housewares, small appliances, full size refrigerator, stove,
microwave, garbage disposal, kitchen utensils and cookware, bedroom and bathroom linens, and washer
/dryer. All units have basic cable with Internet service, local telephone service and utilities at no
additional charge. Entrances are equipped with deadbolt locks, viewports and secondary locks.

Additional building amenities include exercise facilities, underground free parking, security FOBs for
outer doors and common areas, business centers, 24/7 concierge service and mailboxes. Many buildings
offer swimming pools, shopping, dry cleaning service, social events for tenants and other activities.
Transportation, neighborhood shopping and restaurants are also convenient to each building.

All BOQ units are smoke free and are approved as public accommodations as listed by the
Administrator of FEMA, meeting the Federal Prevention and Control Act of 1974 state and local fire
codes and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards (hard wired smoke alarms and if
higher than three stories, automatic sprinkler systems).

Housekeeping is priced separately by apartment type within the above ranges.
      • Bi-monthly housekeeping service rate ranges from $2.50 to $5.00 additionally per day
      • Weekly housekeeping service rate ranges from $5.50 to $7.00 additionally per day
      • Turn-over cleaning is $1.50 per day

Tax Applicability: Tax exempt unless state/local laws dictate otherwise.

Transportation: Most units are within a short walk to one or more metro stations. Metro-bus and taxi service
are also available. NCR units are accessible via Metro from Reagan National Airport.
