At Basic Overnight Quarters, we know that in addition to helping you locate and secure housing while on assignment, you also need all of the resources and services necessary to make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free. From the moment you walk into a BOQ apartment, you will feel ‘at home’ in pleasant surroundings. From full furnishings and cable television service, to complete kitchen appliances and housewares, plus a comprehensive Welcome Guide provided in each unit – BOQ provides housing solutions that work for you and your team.
We offer two primary levels of amenities:
- Standard Amenities - Include services and resources that are provided with every BOQ apartment.
- Premium Amenities - Offer additional upgrades and options that can be specified by the contracting officer or requested and paid for individually by the tenant.
All BOQ apartments – including their amenities and furnishings – go through the rigorous BOQ Way three-step quality assurance process to ensure that every detail is addressed and that your new environment is ready for comfortable, carefree living.
